Connect4Change is a consortium of five Dutch development organisations (Akvo, Cordaid, Edukans, ICCO, IICD and preferred partner TTC ) who joined hands to accelerate the development of people in Africa and Latin America by using Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The consortium works in economic development/agriculture, education and healthcare.
